POSITION: Insurance Customer Service Rep
DUTIES: * Assists commercial account managers with a variety of duties. * Completes insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers. * Issues auto ID cards, endorsements, and prepares pre-renewal summaries. * Prepares, collects, and distributes incoming & outgoing mail. * Inputs data and maintains accounts on the agency management system. * Processes insurance claims and loss notices. * Prepares and assists with renewals. * Regular and reliable attendance. * Assists with other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Proper Insurance License
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of insurance products and services. * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Agency Software. * Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. * Ability to multi-task, and function as a team player. * Ability to work with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to operate various office machines
WAGE: $16.50-$25.50/hour
