Youngstown Area Goodwill Production Manager in Youngstown, Ohio
Austintown - The Production Manager reports to the District Manager. Responsible for over seeing the processing and production of donated goods. Ensures efficient workflow. Adhere to production schedules. Provide excellent customer service to our customers/donors. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff. Report production performance. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
