Job Description
We are seeking mechanical assemblers with basic assembly experience to build ECU units. This position involves assembling sheet metal cabinets and installing components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans into the ECU. The Mechanical Assembler will follow established work instructions on a wide variety of units, take direction from supervisors, and work cooperatively with co-workers. A strong commitment to the quality of work is essential.

Essential Skills
Experience in Manufacturing Assembly.
Ability to read tape measure.
Experience with basic hand and power tools.
Mechanical assembly knowledge.
Experience in reading schematics and blueprints.
Understanding of wiring and brazing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or higher.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Work Environment
Work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm with three paid 10-minute breaks at 8 am, 10 am, and 2:30 pm. There is also an unpaid lunch break at noon. Friday overtime is voluntary and typically runs from 6 am to 12 pm. The work environment emphasizes safety and teamwork.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
