Job Description

We are seeking to add Press Operators and Machine Operators to our 2nd shift team. This position involves helping to operate the press machine, where the main tasks include loading parts, setting measurements, and starting the press process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for prepping the finished product and placing it on a pallet for shipping. Quality inspection and organization through paper tracking are essential parts of the job. Experience with forklifts or 'carpet pullers' is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help operate the press machine.

  • Load parts, set measurements, and start the press process.

  • Prep finished products and place them on pallets for shipping.

  • Inspect parts for quality.

  • Stay organized and track everything by paper.

  • Operate a pull truck or 'carpet puller' as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production and machine operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality checks.

  • Ability to use a tape measure.

  • Experience with assembly and inspection.

  • Basic forklift experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
