Pay: $15-$17/hr based on experience
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Light Duty Assembling team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together electrical units and sub-assemblies, which will then be provided to the Control Panel team. This role involves hand crimping electrical terminals, assembling connectors, performing visual inspections, and preparing units for testing. You will have your own work area and will be required to keep it clean and organized.
Responsibilities
Perform hand and machine crimping of electrical terminals.
Basic soldering of wire connections and connectors.
Assemble housings and connectors.
Work with wiring charts and schematics.
Conduct basic visual inspections on materials.
Prepare units and assemblies for testing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Experience in wire harness assembly.
Skill in using tools like screwdrivers, and tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with schematics and previous electric is a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail for visual inspections.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
