We're a family-owned steel fabricator based just outside of York, NE. We specialize in substation and transmission line projects. We are a team and we celebrate our team. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Perform general labor duties by preparing, assembling and packaging material for shipment to customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 70 lbs
- Use forklift to move material
- Assemble parts per customer specifications
- Count and package parts for shipment
- Touch up and rework any material defects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Education:High School Diploma or GED
Experience:Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Standing and/or walking 95%
- Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments
