Aerotek A&P Mechanic - Entry-Level in Yakima, Washington

Aerotek on behalf of it's client seeking licensed A&P mechanics in Southeast Washington state for General Maintenance on GA Aircraft. This is a permanent, full-time job with opportunity for advancement, full benefits, raises, etc. - Great opportunity entering the aviation industry. Reimbursement or bonus to help cover relocation costs, amount depends on candidate/location.

  • Schedule: Set schedule, Day shift Monday thru Friday. Minimal OT although it depends on projects/delivery deadlines.

  • Pay: $50k-56k DOE

Description:

A&P Mechanic responsible for maintenance of GA aircraft. Working in a service center environment, attached to the aircraft OEM facility.

Responsibilities: Performance annual inspections, replacing transponders, installing modifications, repairing AOG issues to include mechanical, avionics, and powerplant, and other duties associated with maintenance of the Piper Cub aircraft.

This is a full-time, long-term role for a flourishing OEM and Service Center company, with 7 models and over 1000 aircraft in service around the world.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years Aircraft Maintenance experience (may include school)

A&P license
