Job Description

• 根据国家和地方政府的环境保护和安全生产的相关法律及法规，贯彻执行公司的环保方针政策，负责公司的日常环保工作的执行；

• 负责维护HSE管理体系文件，制定和修订相关SOP，管理部门的文件及记录等；

• 参与组织相关HSE培训、现场检查和内部审计等活动；

• 协助生产部门计划和组织开展日常职工环保的教育、培训、考核工作；

• 负责制定环保管理计划、方案、整改措施，并监督和跟踪执行情况；

• 组织开展环境危害因素的识别、调查、评估、监测工作，开展环境风险评估，研究提出治理对策；

• 负责环保基础数据的调查和分析，三废处理设施的监督管理和检查，负责危废分类、规范化处置、台账和转移联单的跟踪和管理；

• 负责新建、改建、扩建工程项目的环保“三同时”制度的执行和监督检查；

• 负责环保报表、排污许可证、排污费缴纳等环保政府事务的管理；

• 负责制定年度环保监测计划并跟踪落实，分析环保报表、协助各类客户审计工作，完成部门下发的各类年度HSE指标；

• 负责许可作业的规范管理和开具安全工作许可证；

• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
