Job Title: Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled Shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team. These direct placement positions offer a competitive hourly rate of $28 to $32, depending on experience, with additional shift premiums. Responsibilities include repairing equipment during downtime, performing scheduled routine maintenance, and actively seeking opportunities to improve repair times and effectiveness. Technicians will respond to production downtime requests promptly, troubleshoot equipment issues to root cause, perform repairs, and assist in equipment installations or modifications. Continuous input for equipment purchases or upgrades to enhance serviceability is also expected.

Hard Skills

This is a permanent position.
