Management Business Solutions Associate Attorney in Wyoming, Michigan
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Associate Attorney for its client in the Detroit, MI area. This individual would be working alongside the Sr. Attorney.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with a Senior Partner, inheriting and managing their casework.
- Engage in legal research, drafting, and writing, providing written samples during the interview process.
- Develop litigation skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Transition from defense law or corporate/commercial/real estate law to plaintiff personal injury practice if applicable.
- Work in a team-driven, family-oriented corporate culture that values tenacity, innovation, and independent thinking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- 1+ years of legal experience, preferably with some exposure to litigation.
- Strong written and research skills are essential.
- Demonstrated interest in plaintiff personal injury law, even if prior experience is in defense or other areas of law.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.
Driven, independent thinker who is open to mentorship and collaborative work.
