General Summary:

I. Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Job Target

  1. Response for Module failure analysis and improve the product quality.

  2. Improve the failure analysis ability of department, develop and study the failure analysis technology.

Scope & Responsibilities

  1. Conducts basic analyses to identify where an issue has occurred. Gathers information from a variety of sources in order to troubleshoot issues.

  2. Performs failure analyses on straightforward issues (e.g., level 1) following clearly defined procedures. Seeks fundamental knowledge in an area of failure analysis (e.g. Nondestructive FA X-ray, physical failure analysis( for sample grinding, HNO3 Etching etc., micros copy, electrical microscopy, etc.) to complete assigned work. Works under close supervision.

  3. Executes individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with close supervision. Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines. Acts as the case owner for a relatively straightforward defect and handles all issues relevant to the case.

  4. Makes low impact decisions as it pertains to one's own area of work.

  5. Discusses issues with team lead and peers on a regular basis to maintain open communication. Contributes to technical conversations with tech leads/managers

  6. Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work. Requests information from partners in other teams (e.g., design team, product team) to attain further input on devices. Networks with colleagues within own team to gain insights, ideas, and connections.

  7. Offers new ideas to solve problems and troubleshoot issues. Is receptive to others' suggestions about ways in which a problem can be addressed differently.

II. Qualifications

  1. Professions

Having good experience in electronic engineering, working in SAW design is preferred.

Knowing the failure mode and failure analysis process.

  1. Working Experiences

More than 3 years of experience in failure analysis in the electronic or related field, with a basic understanding of Mass production and product quality analysis and control.

  1. Education Background

Major in Electronics and Semiconductors, with a bachelor's degree or above.

  1. Interpersonal Skills and others

Good communication in English and team work ability.

Having strong analysis skills, learning ability and systematic method of work.

III. Working Conditions

Work Place: Office and clean production line.

Environmental Condition: Good.

Occupational Disease Exposure: Have occupational disease exposure, Will touch X-Ray and HNO3 in work;

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.
