USDA Rural Development Colorado Loan Specialist (Realty) in Wray, Colorado
POSITION: Loan Specialist (Realty)
DUTIES: * Reviews loan applications for completeness and conformance with all Rural Development requirements. * Prepares as applicable, conditional commitment, funding commitment and notification of loan closing, and certificate of eligibility and either approves or submits to approving official. * As directed by the Centralized Servicing Center (CSC), conducts field site visits to determine occupancy and conformance with Single Family Housing (SFH) loan requirements for liquidation actions. * Develops, implements and coordinates an outreach and marketing program for the SFH programs.
REQUIREMENTS: * You must be a US Citizen or US National * Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt * Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check * Successful completion of one-year probationary period, unless previously served. * Direct Deposit - Per Public Law 104-134 all Federal employees are required to have federal payments made by direct deposit to their financial institution * Successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
