AAA Mid Atlantic Intern, Content Creation Marketing in Worthington, Ohio

AAA is hiring for a Marketing Intern to join our team! As an intern at AAA, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, receive mentorship by industry leaders, and participate in activities designed to support your personal and professional development.

The Marketing Internship provides an opportunity for students currently pursuing a marketing or communications-related degree to get hands on experience working with a marketing team. You will contribute to projects and advance our existing programs. We are looking for talented and inquisitive students that are excited about making an impact at an organization. You will be able to make real decisions, focus on real work, and initiate real results.

This is a paid internship that will work on a hybrid schedule (onsite & remote) and will be based in Worthington, OH.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance of current content across social media platforms to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to engage audience and promote brand.

  • Develop and pitch ideas for content that aligns with brand through creative briefs.

  • Assist in developing and implementing engaging content.

  • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

  • Experience with content creation and social media management.

  • Familiarity with design tools, including Canva and Adobe Suite.

  • Be a rising sophomore or higher working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related degree.

  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program (June 2 – August 8, 2025; 10 weeks; 37.5hrs/week)

  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
