JAG Healthcare Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN PTA Wooster JAG Healthcare in Wooster, Ohio

JAG Healthcare Wooster is now hiring in the Therapy Department to add to our care team! We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) that could pick up hours at our facility. This role is a PRN position with flexible scheduling options and lots of opportunity for personalization of the position. Our ideal Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) has a passion for mental health and a personality for fun and engaging physical therapy activities in a behavioral health environment. We would love the opportunity to discuss in greater detail what we are looking for, give you a tour through our facility and introduce you to our team.

 

JAG Healthcare Wooster is a smaller, 42-bed facility specializing in cognitive deficit/behavioral healthcare for a long term resident. We are looking for a staff member that is committed to exceptional patient care and continuous quality improvement! Qualifications:

  • Having a valid state and national license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
  • Previous experience working in cognitive deficit/behavioral healthcare is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment; including but not limited to eye protection and masks (surgical and N95).
  • Ability to test regularly for COVID 19.
