Job Description

Our client is looking for a Compliance Advisor to deliver on key HITRUST initiatives for the organization. They are currently undergoing an update of their HITRUST certification, and need someone to handle the due diligence of all requirement statements, mapping of all policies/standards/procedures, and subsequent readiness assessments. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, analytical, and confident speaking in a room of executives. If you enjoy heads down work combing through certification documentation and providing analysis and advisory in an ever changing environment, this is the role for you.

Compensation: $45/hour-$60/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years experience working within a security compliance environment

Experience with the HITRUST certification and upgrade process

Experience with PCI

Experience presenting to leadership

Strong analytical skillset and critical thinker Experience organizing data using PowerBI

Understanding of basic QA concepts null
