Introduction

As an IP Ecosystem Program Manager of PMO Operations, you will have the opportunity to work with operational business processes and applications of best-in-class Ecosystem and Internal Design IP enablement.

Your Job

  • Define, own, and improve effectiveness and efficiency of design IP enablement processes and workflows.

  • Engage stakeholders from multiple functional teams (Product Line, Strategy, Legal, Program Management, Design Engineering, PDK, Process Technology, Application Engineering, and Finance) to align and optimize processes and workflows.

  • Translate user requirements to business requirements for IT application architects and developers.

  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost of IT application development.

  • Create program dashboards and visualizations of various operational processes.

  • Create and maintain business process documentation that meets ISO 9001 standards.

  • Chair department level operational review meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) or Information Technology

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in IC design process or semiconductor industry. Relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Exposure to enterprise business operation tools (CRM, PLM, QMS, etc) and reporting and visualization tools (Power BI)

  • People skills managing project execution with cross functional teams across the globe (US, India, Europe, Singapore)

  • Highly organized self-starter who works collaboratively, has a strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail and a drive to solve problems.

  • % of travel: 5%

  • Fluency in English Language (written & verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) or Information Technology

  • Experience in program management (PMP or equivalent certification), business processes, ISO9001, finance and accounting fundamentals a plus.
