Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Business Analyst in Woodland Hills, California. As a Sr Business Analyst, you will be a core part of our team, focusing on enhancing business processes and delivering optimized experiences. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Air, Yield, and Digital.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, creating clear acceptance criteria.

• Work in tandem with project managers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy technical solutions.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.

• Organize workshops and meetings to collate requirements and provide project updates.

• Support the delivery of training sessions and facilitate user adoption of new systems.

• Identify and document risks and issues related to technical solutions and collaborate with the project team to mitigate them.

• Write and interpret SQL queries for data analysis.

• Lead small to mid-size projects and assist Product Managers on larger, more complex projects.

• Review business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential.

• The ability to conduct effective Gap Analysis is necessary.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

• Experience with AB Testing is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodology is essential.

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions is required.

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is necessary.

• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in SQL is required.

• Experience with JIRA for project management is necessary.

• Understanding of QA - Quality Assurance processes is required.

• Prior experience in QA Testing is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Agile Software Development is required.

• Knowledge of Software Development processes is necessary.
