Montana’s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoingCasino Security Team memberto join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. As aCasino Security Team member, you will:
be responsible for the safety and security of company property including customers and employees in the case of an incident, monitor company property, evict trespassers, and write reports detailing any occurrences during the shift.
maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises and personnel, monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
patrol and monitor activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure, and prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
operate security systems and emergency equipment, obtain help by sounding appropriate alarms, and use provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
maintain a close working relationship with the manager, have great interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with business customers and other visitors to the premises, and have the ability to act with integrity and in a professional manner.
need the ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a safe manner, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
need the ability to provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management, and notify the manager by phone of any incidents of significance.
understand the use of excessive force, retaining someone, knives, guns, handcuffs, pepper spray, or other restraining devices is not permitted.
perform other duties as assigned by the Casino Manager.
