Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Principal Business Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role is crucial within our Information Technology sector, where you will be expected to provide broad functional and technical expertise in the review, development, and implementation of business processes and applications. You will have the chance to partner cross-functionally to streamline IT processes and enhance the quality of customer services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes or systems using your advanced knowledge of detail-oriented concepts to resolve complex issues impacting business sub-functions or objectives.

• Mentor and guide Business Analysts, sharing your knowledge and reviewing their deliverables to ensure the production of high-quality solutions.

• Make sure the alignment with strategic visions while configuring or customizing solutions is maintained, ensuring future integration.

• Lead cross-functional sessions to document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for complex projects, identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements.

• Review, test, and lead pilots for new products. Evaluate these new products and provide recommendations.

• Identify and suggest solutions for operational inefficiencies and conflicting business practices, focusing on integration issues.

• Create or assist in creating and executing cross-functional test scripts to ensure minimal post-production issues.

• Facilitate the business and operational readiness for system deployments and process changes. Requirements • Possess strong documentation skills for accurate record-keeping and seamless communication

• Have in-depth understanding of operations and quality assurance to enhance overall business performance

• Be proficient at reviewing system designs and project management to ensure successful implementations

• Exhibit effective knowledge of best practices in the field of business analysis

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for conveying complex information in an understandable manner

• Have working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and Cloud technologies

• Experience with integration of different systems and platforms

• Background in real estate is advantageous

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals

• Possess in-depth business analysis skills to identify areas of improvement and implement changes

• Experience in streamlining business processes to increase efficiency

• Ensure deliverables are met within specified time frames

• Experience in managing deployments and post-production support

• Understand business process functions and have experience in customization

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and other related software

• Background in telecommunications can be beneficial

• Ability to work within tight time frames and deliver results efficiently
