Join our client's IT Team to deliver quality software solutions that provide business value. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll use your expertise to enhance business processes and applications, collaborating cross-functionally to improve IT processes and customer services.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $58 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical expertise across business areas, focusing on system and process integration.

• Develop new processes, resolve complex data issues, and ensure solutions align with strategic visions.

• Mentor Business Analysts and review deliverables for high-quality data solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend new data products through reviews, tests, and pilots.

• Enhance data quality by analyzing trends and patterns.

• Create and maintain an integrations catalog and execute cross-functional test scripts.

• Facilitate readiness for system deployments and process changes.

Experience Requirements:

• 9+ years in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support.

• Proficient in SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and data integration, with preferred experience in MuleSoft/Anypoint Platform.

• Experience in telecommunications, operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
