Join our client's IT Team to deliver quality software solutions that provide business value. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll use your expertise to enhance business processes and applications, collaborating cross-functionally to improve IT processes and customer services.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $58 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Lead and provide technical expertise across business areas, focusing on system and process integration.
Develop new processes, resolve complex data issues, and ensure solutions align with strategic visions.
Mentor Business Analysts and review deliverables for high-quality data solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new data products through reviews, tests, and pilots.
Enhance data quality by analyzing trends and patterns.
Create and maintain an integrations catalog and execute cross-functional test scripts.
Facilitate readiness for system deployments and process changes.
Experience Requirements:
9+ years in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support.
Proficient in SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and data integration, with preferred experience in MuleSoft/Anypoint Platform.
Experience in telecommunications, operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
