Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to focus on the back-end aspects of HR, including file organization and maintenance. Responsibilities will encompass an I-9 project involving sorting, reviewing documents, checking data for accuracy, auditing, manual data entry, and file management. Additional duties include processing mail, responding to various government agencies, directing employee queries to appropriate resources, handling internal communication such as company newsletters, and preparing paperwork for various HR activities. The role may also involve support in hourly recruiting.

The position is based fully onsite at the Wixom location, within a small HR team consisting of the HR Manager and a Payroll Associate.
