We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly organized HR / Benefits Coordinator to join our team. A.R.M. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee benefits packages.
- Assist with reporting needs as requested.
- Maintain the employee handbook, recommending updates, additions, and deletions of policies.
- Manage payroll functions.
- Perform administrative duties, including clerical tasks such as filing and scanning documents.
- Prepare offer letters.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field (minimum requirement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAGE 50 or other accounting software is a plus.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
