[Hanes Companies, Inc., a division of Leggett and Platt (NYSE: LEG), is seeking a Human Resources Management Trainee. This position will be located in Winston Salem, NC. This position is actively present and engaged on the plant floor. This requires a significant time commitment to being present, developing rapport, and understanding the jobs and functions that exist within the facility. You will work directly with key management personnel to learn the business and will make business decisions that will influence the companys overall performance. - Recruiting hourly and salary positions.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics including FMLA, workers compensation, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

- Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to assist employees in a professional and confident manner.
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management with a Human Resources concentration; or a business-related field of study is required.
