Amergis Healthcare is actively looking fora LPN (Acute Rehabilitation) that would be interested in a13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. Additionaldetails of the contract are below:

Position: LPN – Rehabilitation/LTAC

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Rate (Local): $34 - $36 Per Hour (Based on experience)

Total Travel Package: $1,480.00/week

Must reside over 50 miles away to qualifyfor travel package

• Taxable Wages = $360.00/week

• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week

• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $420.00/week

  Schedule:

• Day & Night Shift, 36 hours per week

• 6:45am – 7:15pm

• 6:45pm – 7:15am

• Every other weekend requirement

  Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

  Requirements:

• LPN in North Carolina or Compact state

• Acute Rehabilitation Experience preferred

• Kind, Passionate and flexible team player

• Strong communication and documentation skills
