AGCO is seeking an HR Manager to join PTx Trimble . The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager promotes corporate values and shapes a positive culture by leading HR initiatives and enforcing employment policies.
Your Impact
Oversee and lead human resource operations, including talent management, change management, training and development initiatives, and ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations
Lead onboarding and orientation program to enhance employee experience and retention
Maintain employee relations with both staff and management – mediate on issues, interpret policies and legislation, assist in performance management
Help develop the performance measurement process to evaluate employee objective-setting and personal growth and how that relates to succession planning
Track and report on key HR metrics and analytics and manage and oversee Canadian payroll and group benefits
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minium 5+ years of Human Resources Experience
In-depth knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices
Demonstrated capability of driving constant change and company growth
