Overview of Position: Reporting to the Manager of Club Operations, The Club Concierge is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for Club members and assisting them in all ways possible. The Concierge remains ready to take action to ensure member satisfaction by providing information to questions, coordinating all special requests and services, and informing members of services, features and member amenities.

Job Qualifications:

· Must be able to deal with member guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.

· Must be willing to learn and adapt to change.

· Must have full knowledge of prices, programs, scheduled events, reports etc. and where to find them.

· Must possess good communication skills for disseminating information to guests.

· Must be able to stand for scheduled shifts.

· Must be able to handle stressful, noisy, and busy situations.

· Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Responsible for greeting and welcoming all member guests.

· Interact with member guests, inquiring if they have any questions and/or concerns and being able to respond professionally as well as staying up to date with weather and trail conditions (during winter season).

· Assist with maintaining a neat and comfortable area for member guests both upstairs and downstairs.

· Assist Club Members with dinner reservations at local restaurants.

· Ensure that the café area tables and chairs are lined up correctly and kept clean.

· Turn on all TV screens and check all boot dryers.

· Oversee rest rooms for cleanliness, paper products, soap and contact Lodge Maintenance ASAP if in need of further attention.

· Oversee entertainment arrival, set up and completion of all.

· Maintain locker assignments, combinations, and ensure locker area is maintained.

· Assist with all bookings for members of amenities and excursions.

· Oversee the Club Valet & support staff and assist when needed.

· Responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information for all members.

· Greet all members and guests upon arrival including the “policing” of the Club.

· Assist in dining area as needed.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

We are in the business of providing exceptional services and experiences to our members and guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods during which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.

This position requires that you work all weekends and Holidays during the season beginning the weekend before Christmas and ending the final weekend in March; hours to fluctuate based on need.
