Are you passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a customer-oriented, knowledgeable customer service representative to champion our e-commerce business. This role demands an impeccable product knowledge, an ability to foster strong customer relationships, and an unwavering enthusiasm for our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer queries via calls, live chat, and a future possibility of video chat, providing timely, professional and engaging responses.

• Address customer queries through email, ensuring complete resolution of all inquiries.

• Leverage strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales, meeting personal and team targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends and company events/promotions, and leverage this knowledge to engage clients and build relationships.

• Develop and update client accounts to augment the client database and collaborate with the team to maximize all sales and growth opportunities.

  Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in a contact center, customer service or retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the retail sector

• An appetite to become fully versed in our brand's history and product range.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to relate to diverse groups of clients, employees, and departments.

• Ability to acclimate quickly to new challenges with a positive, team-player mentality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
