Job Title: RME - Control Systems Lead
Job Description
As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians in maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) control systems equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. You will design solutions for challenging issues, manage projects, and support the Operations Maintenance team. Additionally, you will train and mentor both service technicians and contract technicians. This role involves promoting a safe working environment, troubleshooting software programs for material handling control systems, providing first-level escalation support, applying expertise in material handling and electronic control systems, monitoring MHE metrics, partnering with leadership on new technology installations, communicating technical issues, and developing training plans for technicians.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Weekly.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wilmington, Ohio.
