Job Title: Maintenance Controller

Job Description

The position involves maintenance control on 10-12 Boeing aircraft. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring maintenance is within compliance of all FAA, manufacturers and company regulations, monitoring work progress, coordinating the movement of required parts to the aircraft, recording all maintenance activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program. The work schedule will be 12 hour shifts following a 3 on 3 off and 4 on 4 off pattern.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role at a global charter airline, specializing in freight forwarding, government and military contracts. The successful candidate will undergo a training period on a day shift schedule (8a-5p) for the first 2-4 weeks. Following this, you will be assigned a shift that has not been created yet due to lack of personnel. The decision on the shift assignment will be based on individual knowledge and performance.
