Description The Human Resources Generalist serves as a collaborative advisor to employees in directing all employees towards Company procedures, policies, and overall company expectations. This role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs while providing proactive solutions for the leadership team. The position will interpret company policies and provide coaching to management on all aspects of leadership and employee engagement while maintaining a positive work environment. The position will report to and support the Director of Human Resources and will work directly with all levels of the organization including department leads, Managers and Executive leadership. This role will be located in the Wilmington, Ohio corporate office. Requirements: 2-4 years HR Generalist experience required. Computer skills required including Microsoft Office, HRIS and Outlook. Familiarization of FML, LOA, Absenteeism tracking. Able to track, post and manage company Social Media postings per company parameters. Ability to work collaboratively with all departments including regular contact with employees located throughout United States. Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills and the ability to multi-task.
