Veritas HHS seeks a Receptionist for the New Hanover County Child Support Services office located in Wilmington, NC.

About the Position:
The Receptionist greets walk in customers, answers incoming calls, and directs customers to the appropriate specialized staff. This individual also performs targeted outgoing calls and provides administrative support to staff members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets walk-in customers; answers incoming phone calls from customers, attorneys, or general public
- Directs customers to appropriate specialized staff
- Performs targeted outgoing calls on request
- Provides administrative support
- Maintains supply cabinet
- Performs related duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one years experience in public contact position
