JPMorgan Chase Technical Project Manager III - Intelligent Automation in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Technical Project Manager III in Workforce Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation

  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Project Management experience leading multiple projects within an Agile environment

  • Strong multi-tasking skills to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently with business clients to drive results

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing data to identify team effectiveness trends and areas of improvement

  • Proven track record and very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of leading agile projects and fostering relationships with business partners

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain their findings and present recommendations at different seniority levels with ease

  • Experience resolving impediments strategically and tactically at scale

  • Experience in Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, PEGA, and UIPATH

  • Experience in sprint and JIRA management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in JIRA Align

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through

  • Relationship management skills, ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and stakeholders
