JPMorgan Chase Senior Associate - Product Strategy in Wilmington, Delaware

The Chase Rewards Team is responsible for delivering loyalty user experiences that allow customers to redeem their Ultimate Rewards points. The Rewards Redeem GM & Rewards Engagement team is comprised of several redemption option verticals, including Gift Card, Point Transfer, Amazon Pay with Points, and Pay Yourself Back.

As a Senior Product Associate in Rewards you will be joining a high visibility strategy team responsible for managing and executing the Point Transfer redemption strategy and campaigns for 14 Airline and Hotel partners. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, business objectives and NPS while maintaining a strong controls environment. You will be working cross-functionally with several partners to deliver on product initiatives to drive decision making on areas of opportunity and investment.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end promotional process with external Airline and Hotel partners designed to increase customer engagement and drive financial goals.

  • Assist with creative development and execution for all Point Transfer marketing, including post campaign performance tracking to optimize promotional marketing strategy.

  • Work directly with key Voice of Customer stakeholders on optimization of Point Transfer Voice of Customer reporting and analysis of feedback to support the execution of improvements and measure customer impact.

  • Efficiently compile all Point Transfer data to track key performance indicators, analyze business impacts, enable team data knowledge nimbleness and measure promotional successes.

  • Develop monthly performance read-out content and cadence, reporting on financial, marketing and promotional results, recommending strategic enhancements and supporting the external Point Transfer narrative.

  • Responsible for ensuring Point Transfer processes are well documented, efficient and follow legal and regulatory guidelines.

  • Manage relationships with 14 Airline and Hotel partners to execute promotions, manage customer experience and operational concerns, and ensure contractual commitments are met.

  • Support Point Transfer partnership negotiations through market research and engagement with the Chase Insights team to guide future strategic decision making.

  • Work with cross-functional partners, including Product, Analytics, Finance, Corporate Development, Operations, Marketing, Brand, Card partners, and other stakeholders to drive redemptions, customer value, and customer satisfaction objective & key results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of Product Operations experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required

  • Partnership marketing or partnership management experience

  • Have outstanding relationship management skills with the ability to thrive in a matrix driven company structure

  • Effectively manage multiple initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, understanding and communicating performance and financial data to executive audiences

  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and external
