JPMorgan Chase Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Wilmington, Delaware

Join us in advancing the objectives of the Consumer Bank Portfolio and facilitating better business and product outcomes through continuous improvement. As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate in the Consumer Bank Business and Product Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our agile and product delivery strategy. You will be responsible for mobilizing product teams to deliver large-scale initiatives and overseeing the Agile Product Portfolio across Consumer Banking. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with various teams, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of our portfolio.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner closely with CB Product teams, Technology Leads, Design Leads and Data Owners to support product portfolio priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics.

  • Facilitate initiative intake and prioritization processes and manage the Consumer Bank Initiative priority lists.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, implementing solutions to optimize product and portfolio delivery.

  • Coordinate meetings and agenda topics for large, senior audiences. Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Support special projects and executive requests, and synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor and report key metrics and controls to track progress, evaluate performance, and measure the success of the portfolio.

  • Generate regular reports and updates for product owners and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and update Confluence sites to ensure relevant data and information is accessible

  • Facilitate routines to ensure transparent communication and efficient workflow.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, business management, agile methodology, consumer banking and/or project management.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

  • Proficient in agile product development methodology.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups. Attention to detail is a must.

  • Advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence and Jira.

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to independently navigate complex tasks and roadblocks.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with a knack for identifying challenges and implementing actionable solutions.
