CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reading engineering drawings including geometric tolerances and symbols to ensure proper setup requirements, leading to an accurate, cosmetically appealing finished product. You will monitor machine functions such as spindle speeds, surface feeds, chip loads and tool wear to maximize machining efficiency. You will control all aspects of measuring instruments; setup, function and care, working with Quality Control to ensure 100% conformance to customer requirements and company quality expectations. You will meet production and deburring requirements while maintaining quality, including polishing on /or off the machine. You will perform routine maintenance on machines to maintain recommended fluid levels and keep your machine and work area clean and organized. Understanding supplied programs and executing setups in a timely fashion is key. You will cooperate with management and fellow machinists respectfully, as assigned in the spirit of teamwork and mutual success.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a machine shop/manufacturing setting with a 630am-3pm shift from Monday to Friday. The work site consists of three temperature-controlled buildings.
