Comprehensive Interventions Intensive In-Home Therapist in Williamston, North Carolina

**About the Position

**Primary Duties:The Team Lead/Therapist for Intensive In-home is responsible for providing clinical direction to intensive in-home qualified/associate professionals as well as the team case manager for the care of consumers in intensive in-home services.

**Program Summary:The Intensive In Home Program is a team approach designed to address the identified needs of children and adolescents who due to serious and chronic symptoms of an emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders, are unable to remain stable in the community without intensive interventions.

**About You The ideal candidate must be fully licensed (or provisionally licensed) by the appropriate North Carolina licensure board as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychologist, or a Licensed Psychological Associate.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide individual/family therapy and document progress toward goals in EHR.
  • Monitor consumer's progress and effectiveness of strategies and interventions outlined in the person-centered plan.
  • Lead any and all revisions of the Crisis Plan following a crisis.
  • Maintain an OPT case load in the event the IIH case load decreases below ratio (for full time employees only).
  • Meet with IIH staff to discuss consumer's progress.
  • Provide initial and ongoing psychoeducation to team members, consumer, family, and stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in weekly IIH meetings and provide therapeutic strategies and input to team members.
  • Actively participate in weekly supervision with Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor.
  • Actively participate in and provide clinical expertise during CFTs.
  • Provide clinical supervision of all members of the team for the provision of this service.
  • Re-assess each consumer and complete a CCA and CALOCUS every six months. Complete addendum for consumer with recommendations upon transition/discharge.
