Retail Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Help to create an environment of success that will allow each team member to achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze the Sales Metrics
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create, implement, and manage Performance Improvement Plans
- Collaborate with the store Manager to facilitate proper and effective onboarding and training experience for all new employees
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage the maintenance and upkeep of your store on a consistent basis
- Remain up-to-date with current product and medical knowledge relevant to our business
- Be helpful and have fun!
Compensation:
- $17 per hour
- Additional Commission opportunities
