We are looking for aClass A CDL Truss Delivery Driverto join our team. This position specializes in the transport and delivery of oversized and wide loads, utilizing a roll-off trailer to ensure safe and efficient deliveries to job sites.
Daily Responsibilities:
Safely transport trusses and other building materials using a commercial vehicle with a roll-off trailer.
Manage oversized and wide loads, ensuring proper securement and compliance with DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Accurate logging of delivery stops and DOT time tracking.
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies while on the road and at job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch personnel to coordinate delivery orders efficiently.
