Description and Requirements
Work with the team to ensure product returns and device refurbishment processes run smoothly.
Ensure our E2E processes are in place within each Geo to support ARS, Refurb, Broker listings.
Must be flexible as this new role is evolving and will add and subtract initial assignments as time goes on.
Implement process to proactively gather key attributes needed to publish descriptions and focus on continual improvement.
Maintain clear overview of Lenovo refurbishment and broker process.
Address any open issues in a timely manner with quality results.
Implement process for managing custom returns
Support the rest of the team as needed
Work with GSC team on new and upcoming opportunities
You’ll be a good match, if you have:
2+ years’ experience in similar role such as product management, service repair or delivery, operations management, ITAD operations
IT/PC product repair, refurbishment and/or engineering knowledge
Experience with vendor and kpi management
Strong excel and PowerPoint execution
Good performance analytics and performance management skills
Experience in ITAD operations is very welcome
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all Geographies.
Project management skills are an advantage
Strong interest in sustainability and circular economy
Language: English – other languages are a plus.
Process minded person with excellent communication skills, Partner management, Self-driven, Self-learner, Ability to build up and maintain relationship with internal and externa stakeholders, ,
