The successful candidate is a member of the Private Asset Operations team within MIM. As a Private Placement Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in executing the end-to-end process of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, organization skills, and a deep understanding of the private debt asset class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and end-to-end funding processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and issuers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the investment lifecycle with the goal of settling the Private debt transaction.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.

• Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.

• Help lead projects to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements where applicable.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment operations, with a focus on private placements and infrastructure debt settlements and coordination.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds

• Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

• Experience with Aladdin, Kyriba, or similar tools for settling transactions

• Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Preferred:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
