ConnectiveRx Manager, Data Engineering in Whippany, New Jersey
Manager, Data Engineering (PSKW, LLC (d/b/a ConnectiveRx), Whippany, NJ): Set clear goals, establish priorities, and ensure successful project execution; Develop and execute data engineering strategy to support organization's data needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance; Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimize data engineering processes; Monitor performance and provide performance feedback, guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team; Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, transformation, and storage; Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs; Integrate data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring compatibility and seamless data flow; and Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data processing issues to optimize the performance and reliability of data systems.Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer & Information Sciences, or a related field and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, or a related occupation. Requires experience with: Developing and supporting large-scale platforms/application; Handling multiple projects; Working with Agile team environment; Data governance, security, and compliance practices; Data integration, data modeling, and ETL processes; and Using: Web API, Object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET/C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AWS Glue, Azure, GCP, Python, Hadoop, and Spark.Send resumes to careers@connectiverx.com with “Manager, Data Engineering” in subject line.
