The Opportunity
This position works in the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH) in the division Vascular - Abbott Medical GmbH. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive products for treatment of vascular disease.
Your Tasks:

Accountableforthecoordinationandleadershipof allactivitiesofownstaffaswellasthe attainment of projected goals
Formulation,evaluation andimplementationofsalestargetsandsellingstrategiesin conjunction withthegenerał goalsof the companyand generałcompanypolicy

Cultivationandintensificationofcustomerrelationswithkeyaccountsandopinionleaders

Your Qualification:
Diplomainmedicaltechnologystudiesorinbusinessadministration
ln-depthknowledgeintheEndovascularandPeripheryBusinessUnit
ln-depthknowledgeoftheGermanmarketandhealthcaresystem
Excellentemployeeleadershipqualitiesaswellasthecapabilitytomotivateandinspireothers
Long-termexperience(atleast5years)insalesmanagement
Markedly focusedonresultsandperformance
Excellentcommunicationsskills
Strongclientfocusaswellasstrategieapproachesandactions
Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
