Performance Optimal Health Front Desk Coordinator in Westport, Connecticut

We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Westport, CT. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Managing client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed

  • Assisting in insurance verification and authorization processes

  • Collecting co-payments and fees for services

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

  • Supporting other administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus
