What You Will Do We are seeking a Technical Training Lead to join our team to lead the SketchUp Direct Training Program. This role combines the responsibilities of technical training and curriculum development and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel at developing and delivering top-tier training, while also ensuring optimal use of our software and related services.

Deliver comprehensive, top-tier training programs for customers, key accounts, and end-users, encompassing both instructor-led and eLearning formats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver effective training solutions tailored to diverse audiences

Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in relevant technical products and services, ensuring training content remains current and comprehensive

Create compelling, interactive training materials that are technically accurate and align with the company's style

Evaluate training effectiveness and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement in training programs and practices

Advocate for Learning Services across the organization

Manage and maintain training and knowledge base content

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, Bachelor's degree in education or relevant fields OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong SketchUp Expertise

Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design best practices, training technologies, and learning management systems

Experience with implementing blended learning programs and producing interactive e-learning

Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead by example, foster mentoring relationships, and create momentum for organizational change

Certifications in adult learning, instructional design or other relevant areas are preferred

Willingness to travel as needed, up to 40% (may require an international visa).
