This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work with minimal instruction across a culturally diverse team, and problem-solving skills to provide release/production support as needed. This is an exciting and challenging position for anyone who can think beyond the obvious. This role requires strong engineering background and mindset in building and implementing technology solutions.

Rate: $52 - $61 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business and system requirements

  • Analyse and mitigate data quality concerns including duplication, missing values, and data integrity issues.

  • Lead the team and develop Salesforce modules to modernize and streamline Sales processes

  • Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems

Experience Requirements:

The Skills/Expertise You Have

  • Minimum 6 years business or systems analyst experience and 3+ years of Salesforce Administration or Development experience

  • Expertise in understanding of the Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areas (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud desirable)

  • Strong understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows

  • Data analysis experience involving querying and uploading data using SOQL or SQL, Excel, Workbench, DataLoader, Demand Tools, or similar.

  • Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features

  • Experience delivering software in an Agile environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program

  • Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation

  • Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows

  • Ability to build consensus among business stakeholders on process and technology topics

Desired/Good to have Skills

  • Working understanding of Provar QA automation

  • Salesforce Development experience including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows, and Test class development and coverage is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies including AWS and EKS , Java and webservices, and Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js) is a plus

  • Self-starter with ability to break down and organize work

Education Requirements:

  • 4- year Bachelor's degree
