Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Predictive Analyst/ Data Center Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics, experience with data center operations, and the ability to interface with leadership and large-scale customers. This role focuses on leveraging predictive maintenance tools and algorithms to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. Candidates will utilize investigation tools to analyze, review, and validate data from predictive maintenance algorithms while interpreting the data insights related to products/equipment. They will collaborate with the NOC team to monitor equipment and manage incidents based on predictive maintenance outcomes and develop and implement condition-based maintenance programs using machine learning processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing and communicating with leadership and customers to discuss predictive maintenance strategies and outcomes.

Manage service contracts and extended warranties to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

Support the deployment and monitoring of predictive maintenance tool.

Participate in decision-making processes across various roles within the organization.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in related field

Basic foundational knowledge of analytics.

Experience with FMEA and quality engineering,

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure solutions.

Engineering experience: Focus on thermal, AC, and power infrastructure solutions, with an emphasis on the thermal side initially.

Data center experience, particularly in interfacing with leadership and large-scale customers.

Ability to manage incidents and determine next steps based on predictive maintenance data.

Familiarity with efficiency programs and condition-based maintenance. Masters Degree

Experience taking algorithms into a data lake and managing the risk of equipment failure. null
