DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Execute repairs and rebuilds on power generation products in a service workshop under supervision.
Apply documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and scheduled maintenance, including preparing required parts and tools.
Disassemble power generation equipment.
Assist with completing required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legislation, and report any issues/incidents to your supervisor.

Service Documentation: Creates and verifies customer, equipment, and technical information; documents required information in the service management system.
Technical Escalation: Elevates issues to a higher level of expertise and captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Education: Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution. Apprentice Trained Power Generation/Electrical Technician preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Current relevant electrical certification. Locally valid driving permit preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience: Minimal level of workshop-related experience required. Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products. High Voltage/Low Voltage practical experience.
