Acentra seeks a Qualified Residential Treatment Placement Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As the Qualified Residential Treatment Placement Supervisor you will be supporting the Mississippi Child Protective Services Assestment Contract. You will lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality level of care assessments. You will provide training, guidance, and direction to staff, ensuring service deliverables are met. In this role, you will supervise daily operations, coordinate inter-rater reliability functions, and refine team policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle provider and contractor relations, fostering strong partnerships to enhance service delivery. This position is remote; however, candidates must reside in either Mississippi or West Virginia due to our contract support requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight to ensure contract deliverables related to SSF and other functions are achieved.

  • Develop, maintain, and refine operational guidelines.

  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Review performance measures and implement solutions to improve deliverables when necessary.

  • Develop and conduct inter-rater reliability activities with staff to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Manage and oversee level of care processes and reports, including liaising with contract management staff, completing assessments, and handling special requests related to eligibility.

The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, with licensure in the applicable field.

  • At least 2- 3 years of experience in assessment, along with prior leadership and/or supervisory experience.

  • Knowledge of program policies and procedures, with strong organizational and efficiency skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and tasks.

  • Project management experience is preferred.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $62,500.00 to $64,500.00 Base Salary.

Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
