What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisistion Manager

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting programs, plans and processes that ensure diversity, high quality and strong organizational fit

  • Focus on process improvement and project management across our 40 subsidiary companies

  • Develop and implement creative recruitment solutions

  • Implement talent programs, such as internships and referral programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline

  • Own vendor relationships with posting platforms and recruiting systems/tools

  • Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, colleges and universities, and industry organizations

  • Coach HR and recruiting on compliance with background check process, Federal Contractor program, and posting requirements

  • Source and recruit on positions as needed

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Have worked in a highly matrixed or similar organization

  • Have led the development of a talent acquisition program in a large organization

  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably SAP/Success Factors

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • SPHR or PHR certification is a plus

  • Authorized to work in the United States
