Job Description:
The technician will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to digital dentistry production. Always ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating the professionalism of the team, ensuring personalized service for each customer.
Telephone technical assistance to clinical customers in reviewing surgical plans through our software (NobelProcera and NobelClinician)
Provides technical support via phone or email directly to customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging dental equipment, dental CAD CAM software.
Telephone technical assistance to laboratories in scanning and designing individual prostheses and structures.
Remote technical assistance to customers in the daily use of software and hardware (scanners), as well as in new updates.
Installation and reinstallation of software related to our IT and hardware solutions (via TeamViewer).
Support in creating educational materials such as software tutorials and product procedures. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.

Job Requirements:
Valuable experience in the dental sector.
3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service or direct sales in dental business with CAD CAM software services.
Preferable a Degree in dental engineers or dental technician
Advanced user-level computer experience.
Experience with Dynamics ticketing tool.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, and experience using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
